Chipotle Pepper Storage in Single Serving Portions

Ever wonder what to do with leftover chipotle peppers???

·         Puree chipotle peppers, including adobo sauce, in a food processor

·         Using a rubber or silicone spatula, scrape contents into plastic re-sealable bag

·         Cut tiny hole in corner of bag

·         Squeeze contents into a mini ice cube/ball tray

·         Freeze ice cube/ball tray (no need to cover)

·         Pop frozen chipotle pepper cube/ball out of tray with toddler knife or small butter knife

·         Enjoy in soups, stews, chili, eggs, etc.

·         Mix frozen chipotle pepper cube/ball with ¼ teaspoon hot water for instant chipotle pepper hot sauce
